About the role

You'll be part of a high-impact analytics team responsible for turning data into decisions across the business.

You'll work closely with the Data Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to help establish a scalable, well-governed analytics practice.

Assist in defining and maintaining canonical business metrics.
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports across key business domains.
Own curated datasets and data marts used for reporting, ensuring data is clean, structured, and easy to consume.
Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from the warehouse.
Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and address key questions across the organization.
Validate pipeline and model outputs to ensure numbers reflect real-world operations.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and fulfill data requests.
Educate stakeholders on metrics and data interpretation.
Document metrics, data definitions, and dashboard logic as part of the team's data dictionary.
Rebuilding and rationalizing the dashboard suite against new ClickHouse data marts.
Defining and documenting canonical business metrics across the organization
Supporting self-serve analytics rollout to select stakeholder teams.

Experience in a data analyst or similar role.
Proficient in SQL — comfortable writing queries, joining tables, and troubleshooting data issues independently.
Experience building and maintaining dashboards in a BI tool.
Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguous or imperfect data.
