AREA MANAGER

  • The Area Manager will lead and observe the functions of the stores. They will lead the development and implementation of business plans, regularly monitor sales, and ensure operation consistency across all stores under their supervision.

  • ● The candidate must be a college graduate of any related course.

    ● Must have at least three (3) years of proven working experience as an area manager, store manager, assistant manager, or similar managerial role in the food and beverage industry.

    ● Must have knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles.

    ● Must have excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

    ● Must have good business acumen with a strategic orientation.

    ● Must have excellent problem-solving abilities.

    ● Must be flexible on work locations.

  • CROSS-STORE MANAGEMENT

    ● Evaluates the existing operations and develops new strategies for a more seamless and efficient store process.

    ● Creates and communicates sales reports, progresses, pitfalls, and targets at regular intervals.

    ● Monitors sales of stores to check whether they’ve achieved their target KPIs and quotas.

    ● Detects, investigates, and remedies discrepancies in store sales, if required.

    ● Actively collaborates with different departments to ensure that operations are consistent across the board.

    ● Oversees the performance and operations of the stores by conducting duties on-site, as needed.

    ● Updates trackers for inventory, wastage, and qty sold for BITES on a daily basis

    ● Updates trackers for Marketing initiatives

    STAFF SUPERVISION

    ● Responsible for training store managers to improve their sales and supervisory techniques.

    ● Sets, implements, and monitors performance standards on all stores under supervision.

    ● Ensures that all marketing promotions and directions are cascaded and implemented clearly to their assigned stores

STORE SUPERVISOR

  • The Store Supervisor will oversee and manage a PICKUP COFFEE branch. As the Store Supervisor, they will be responsible for leading team leaders and baristas in providing consistent, high-quality products and services.

  • ● The candidate must be a college graduate of any related course.

    ● At least three (3) years of proven experience in any managerial role in a restaurant, coffee shop, or equivalent experience in the food and beverage industry.

    ● Experience as a barista, with an equivalent certificate course in food and beverage service, is a plus.

    ● Open to work on a flexible operational basis, rendering extended hours as needed.

    ● Open to be reassigned to different stores/locations, if needed.

    ● Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data, and draw insightful conclusions from it.

  • STORE MANAGEMENT AND GROWTH

    ● Oversees team leaders, cashiers, baristas, and other staff.

    ● Keeps an accurate and up-to-date record of expenditures, sales figures, and staff performance.

    ● Monitors the store’s supplies, stock availability, and profit margins regularly.

    ● Implements appropriate measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.

    ● Oversees shelf stocks and product displays.

    ● Maintains the general appearance and cleanliness of the store.

    ● Keep tracks of the store’s KPIs and motivate the team to achieve growth targets.

    ● Takes responsibility for knowing key information about PICKUP COFFEE’s beverages and other products.

    CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

    ● Addresses the customer’s requests, comments, and complaints with care and empathy.

    STAFF SUPERVISION

    ● Manages the team’s shift schedule and new staff training.

    ● Works closely with their Area Manager to ensure that all directives are cascaded and implemented clearly and promptly.
